Workplace Rudeness

A new study is being done by the psychologists at Saint Mary's University in Halifax Canada. They are going to observe how people react to incivility from fellow workers. What they discovered was that even when people didn't intentionally mean to sound rude they were often said to have been. This caused a spark of resentment and anger towards the other person which caused problems. They also found that every type of workplace is different. You have to adjust to the different environments and know how to react in it.
